RMA Service

  1. Warranty
  2. 1. We provide warranty for different products as below:
    One year warranty on major/OEM branded memory modules, CPU of tray packing
  3. 2. Warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, mis-use, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
  4. RMA Procedure
  5. 1. RMA request form has to be filled in before sending goods for repair. RMA forms should be completed entirely to insure prompt service.
  6. 2. All marks and labels on the RMA products have to be removed.
  7. 3. Upon receipt of RMA returns, SBT Greater China Limited will verify with the customer that the RMA products received are those as specified on the RMA form.
  8. 4. The RMA returns should be packed in static-free packing. The customer assumes responsibility for product until receipt at SBT Greater China Limited Shipment via an insurable carrier is recommended. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.
  9. 5. Shipping cost from client to SBT Greater China Limited is born by the client; shipping cost from SBT Greater China Limited to client is born by Sinobest.
  10. 6. If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must notify SBT Greater China Limited immediately and file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved. No RMA will be issued for damages which occur during transit. All such claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.
  11. 7. SBT Greater China Limited will dispatch the repaired/replaced items within 3 months of arrival at SBT Greater China Limited For goods which cannot be repaired/replaced 3 months after arrival at SBT Greater China Limited, a credit may be offered at the prevailing market price on the day of verification of RMA return, or an alternative equivalent part. At the management’s sole discretion, SBT Greater China Limited may replace faulty items with newer versions and/or capacities.
  12. 8. If the returned parts were rejected by supplier with no faults found or physical damage, we will return the parts and charge the shipping and handling charges to customer’s account.
